Breakfast was amazing, thoroughly enjoyed the position.

There were very comfy beds and a private safe, air conditioner, and a mini bar inside the room. A bath was very new and everything was great. As for me, the location was decent and exceptionally nice, near to night market, Sun square and Halong Bay. A cool bonus was Cong ca Phe, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee😃

There is a good choice of GREAT food for breakfast.

The staff's exceptional service, from the receptionists to the breakfast staff, made me feel like royalty throughout my entire stay. I can confidently say that this hotel has set the bar for customer service, with every member of the staff treating me as if I were their most special guest. The grandiose building, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast spread, and friendly staff were all key factors in making my stay super enjoyable.
